Ingrid Franz Moriarty is a photographer with a deep background in casting and storytelling. Her career began in film and television casting where she developed a trained eye for authenticity, presence, and what makes someone feel truly seen on camera.
After years working in high-pressure casting environments in Los Angeles, Ingrid picked up a camera and began photographing actors—creating space for honest, grounded images that reflect who people actually are, not who they’re trying to become. Photography became a natural extension of her work and a way to stay creatively connected while raising her two daughters.
Now based in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Ingrid specializes in actor headshots and artist portraits that feel relaxed, soulful, and real. Her work is informed by decades inside the industry and guided by a belief that the most compelling images come from simplicity, trust, and genuine connection.
